Oystercards have come to First Great Western.


First Great Western have listened to passenger group’s criticisms of their service have appointed a new Chief Executive to run the company and he, in turn has brought in a team of top men from several other more successful parts of First’s rail empire. 


The CEO’s mandate is simply, “to get it right” and already that message is getting through to the staff at all levels and already passenger groups across the region are saying, “We like what we hear”.
